When we may refund

We may consider a refund if our staff cannot resolve your issue after support attempts.

When we do not refund

We do not offer refunds for:

• Accidental purchases.
• Use of incorrect or unauthorized payment methods.
• The software being incompatible with your device.

Abuse

Any attempt to exploit the refund process or initiate a chargeback will result in a permanent ban and removal of your license.
